Accessories(Option)
Reel Exchanger
Easy to load component real on the feeders. Before a feeder becomes empty, operators can load another feeders and place on the Reel Exchanger to reduce feeder exchanging time.
Feeder Stacker
Easy to store and transport spare feeders to a machine or a storage room. Feeder Stacker helps to prevent damages to the feeders.
Trolley
Required for a fast and frequent PCB job change over. Trolley enables feeder setup for the next productiong while the machine is running production. Offline Trolley Steup kit is required for easy feeder setup.
Stick Feeder
One touch installation and automatic power connection without a cable. Vibratory Stick Feeder supplies components in the stick or tube.
Internal Reel Exchanger
Easier reel components change tool putting on available feeder slot can reduce feeder exchanging time
Bar Code System
As a part of Offline Trolley Setup kit, barcode printer and scanner system prevents incorrect component loading.
Off-Line Trolley Setup Kit
OFS(Offline Feeder Setup) S/W is required for minimizing job change over time Two trolleys can be connected to prepare feeder setup for the next production Setting up feeder available, prior to next production on main machine To minimize feeder replacement time, it is also possible to setup a feeder before one becomes empty.
LSM2
The LSM2 supplies LED components to the machine in bulk, rather than requiring reel packaging of components.
Manual Tray
Supplementary components supplying device. QFP / BGA / Connector types of components enable Smaller size of manual tray is also available, which is designed to be placed behind conveyor. shorter movement distance gurantees faster production
Feeder Precision Adjustion Station
Feeder pickup position inspection system with camera and automatic calibration S/W for periodic maintenance (PC is not included)
